Nathan Pace founded Nathan D. Pace P.C. in 1993, the forebear to the Pace Law Firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1990, and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1993. His practice emphases are civil and criminal litigation. Nathan has done extensive post-graduate training in mediation and conflict-resolution methods. His preferred case management practice emphasizes a solution-based conflict resolution model. He is a frequent guest speaker and regularly performs seminars on the subjects of conflict resolution, ethics in law, honor in advocacy, and law office management. 
Nathan has been a barrister with the Rex E. Lee chapter of the American Inns of Court since 1999. He has served as a City Council Member on the Kaysville City Council, where his responsibilities included business and economic development, parks and recreation, and cemeteries. He has served on the Board of Bar Examiners for the Utah State Bar, and he has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Third District Court's Small Claims Department since 1994. He lived for two years in Spain, is fluent in Spanish, and maintains an active Spanish-speaking clientele. Nathan is married to Margaret Watson Pace, is the father of six children, has two cats and a dog, and resides happily in Medina, New York.
